Come learn to make your own bath products, in one of our fun classes, taught by Michelle Kwiatkowski, founder of Wild Rose Soap Company. Michelle is a third generation soap maker. Trained as a registered nurse, she values soap making as both a stress relieving hobby and also great for your health (all natural, no chemicals, and the benefits of aromatherapy). Classes will be held in historic Shepherdstown, West Virginia, the oldest town in the state.We are 5 minutes from Antietam, so come on out for a fun day of soap making, antique shopping, and more!
Bath Bomb Making Class at Springfield Manor Winery, Distillery & Brewery in Thurmont, MD

Bring a friend, enjoy a night out making bath bombs and sipping wine! Join us at Springfield Manor to make your very own bath bombs!
This will be a hands on class, learning to make fizzy natural bath bombs! Bath bombs are a blend of sea salts, citric acid, baking soda, essential oils, moisturizing olive oil, and colorants (optional), that fizz and scent the bath water. Take home several of your creations! All supplies and recipes included. Chose your favorite essential oil to customize your bath bombs.
Food and beverages sold separately.

Beginner's Cold Process Soap Class: Saturday, June 8th 1pm (6 spots open)
Have you ever wanted to learn to make natural cold process soap from scratch? In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of Cold Process Soap Making. We will make a batch of soap using olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, cocoa butter, and lye. We’ll add Essential Oils and herbs to make a beautiful natural soap. Each student will take home 6 bars of handmade soap. Students will receive safety tips, recipes, and resources to help the beginning soap-maker. Cost: $90 (approximately 2 hours in length) Location: Shepherdstown, WV (Bring a friend and save $15 each off registration)
Pre-register for $25, with the remainder due the day of class ($90 total or bring a friend for $75 each). *Pre-registration fee is refundable in case of emergency.
